Ralf Thomas hat den Sprung vom beschaulichen Landgasthof in Dallenwil NW ins Luzerner Design-Restaurant Bam Bou mühelos geschafft. Ein urbanes Publikum hiess ihn herzlich willkommen und beschert ihm ein meist volles Haus. Ein besseres Kompliment gibt es eigentlich nicht.

«The Hotel»-Besitzer Urs Karli hat sich einen echt guten Koch ins Haus geholt: Ralf Thomas hat zusammen mit seiner Frau Corinna das «Bam Bou» übernommen. Damit es auch jeder mitkriegt, heisst das Restaurant jetzt «Bam Bou by Thomas».

Ralf Thomas begeisterte beim letzten Besuch mit Hummerbisque und Black Tiger («Soul Food»!), mit pochiertem Rindermark und Kräutern, mit einem munteren Dreierlei von Walliser Berg-Egli (aus Raron) und mit saftigem Lammrack.
